2. Scores have no value
Points, ranks, streaks and racer card totals exist only for fun. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred for anything of value or exchanged for goods or services.
3. Fair use
- Leave the servers alone: no flooding them with requests, probing for holes or anything else that slows the track for others.
- Lane Dash, its look and its text are ours; cloning them under another banner, or borrowing our name to fool people, is not allowed.
- Editing your own local scores is possible and harmless, but such scores do not mean much.
4. Our content
The runner, the copy, the banners, the D badge and the code are Daman Game's work unless a page says otherwise. Posting a link, or a screenshot of a run you are proud of, is always welcome.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the site fast and online, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. We may change the game, rules or pages at any time. Local racer cards may stop working if you clear your browser, and we cannot recover them.
6. Responsibility
Within whatever limits local law sets, Daman Game carries no liability for harm or loss that comes from playing a free browser game, a vanished racer card included. Pick a safe spot to play; behind the wheel or mid-crossing is never one.
7. Independence
Daman Game is independent and is not linked to, endorsed by or acting for any other app, platform or business that uses a similar name.
