Reporting a bug
To fix a problem on the first try, we need to see it the way you did. Please include:
- Your phone or computer model and browser (for example, a mid-range Android phone on Chrome).
- What you did just before it happened: which gear, which lane, what you tapped.
- What you expected and what you saw instead.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can.
Racer card help
We cannot see, reset or recover cards, because they are stored on your device and never sent to us. Most card questions are answered on the login page, including how to move a card with a racer code. Please never email us your racer code; we do not need it.
Ideas
Want a new livery, a different pickup or a tweak to the gears? Tell us what you would change and why. Ideas that keep the game fair and quick have the best chance.
What we will never ask
We will never ask you for a password, OTP, phone number or payment, by email or anywhere else. If a message that claims to be us does, ignore it.
